GDPR
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is an EU wide law designed to strengthen the data rights of EU citizens and provide them with a greater level of control over their personal data. It applies to all organisations that collect or process personal data about EU citizens. This sits alongside the Data Protection Act 2018, which replaced the previous Data Protection Act 1998.
