Tany's Dell CP School - Reaching for the Stars Part of the Templefields Multi Academy Trust

Mowbray Road, Harlow, Essex, CM20 2LS

Hello Everyone,

I hope this finds you safe and well.

The school has now re-opened to all pupils – we’re so pleased to see everyone again.  I’m very happy to tell you that due to the children’s excellent participation in the remote learning programme, there has been minimum disruption to their curriculum learning journey.  Thank you for all the fabulous support you gave to your children, enabling them to continue making progress.  I appreciate how difficult this must have been, especially if you were working from home too.

All the systems at the start and the end of the day seem to be working well.  Thank you for following COVID-19 guidelines by maintaining social distancing and by wearing a face mask.

Please keep in touch via the school email… or your child’s class email.

Please click here to see our protocols for remote learning and here for our risk assessment.

Very best wishes

Mrs Miele

The government have prepared a useful video to help us all understand more clearly, the need to wash hands, wear face coverings and keep two metres apart. Please click on the link to watch the 2 minute video.

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Tany’s Dell Primary School and Nursery. Our motto ‘Reach for the Stars’, is rooted in British Values and is at the heart of everything we do. The word REACH reminds us to aspire to be the very best we can be in all our endeavours, and the word STARS is all about being star citizens, caring for and respecting ourselves and others. As a community, we celebrate the gifts and talents that each person brings and respect the uniqueness of each individual.

Our children tell us that their lessons are fun. Our exciting curriculum engages pupils and promotes all areas of academic, personal, social and physical development.  In addition to this, our lovely school building and spacious grounds are assets that make it a wonderful place for children to explore and learn.

We value the home-school partnership and love it when parents and carers come in to school for both formal events and informal activities.

I hope you enjoy your journey through the website and discover how we all try to make Tany’s Dell Primary School and Nursery, the very best place to develop and learn!

Bernadette Miele
